CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
EU orders: We would like to reassure all of our European customers that there will be no unexpected costs (additional customs taxes and duties) due to Brexit's new trading laws.
For international orders outside of the EU, please be aware that they may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. These charges are payable by the customer (where applicable), and we do not currently cover this cost.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a click-and-collect pick-up service.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please send an email to info@mejoma.com immediately. Once it has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order. After receiving your order, you can initiate a return for any unwanted items.
CAN MY ORDER BE REDIRECTED?
Please send an email to info@mejoma.com immediately to change your delivery address. Unfortunately we're unable to redirect orders once they have left our warehouse, so please make sure to provide a shipping address where you will be available to receive your order. If you would still like to try and redirect your parcel once it's been dispatched, please contact the courier directly to see if this would be possible.
